Wells
Chairman
John
Wells spent almost 20 years as an investment banker with the NatWest
Group in London and Tokyo. In 2000, he was one of the four founding
members of Swiss Re Financial Products where he led the development
of Swiss Re’s platform for traded insurance risk.

Albertini
Chief Executive Officer
Luca
Albertini has extensive experience in both banking and insurance
having spent time at the securitisation units of Citicorp, GE Capital
(including an assignment within GE’s European reinsurance
business) and Credit Suisse First Boston. From 2003 Luca headed
the European Insurance Linked Securities team of Swiss Re Capital
Markets, where he was responsible for developing one of the largest
and most successful ILS teams in Europe.

Chris Learmonth
Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer and Compliance Officer
Chris trained as a Chartered Accountant and specialised in Financial Services Audit at PWC, before leaving practice to become Head of Finance - Specialised & Structured Finance at Greenwich NatWest. He left in 2000 to set up the finance function at Swiss Re Financial Products, designing and implementing the financial control environment of the new Capital Markets function. |

Jillian Williams
Head of Portfolio Analysis
Jillian has over 12 years' experience in catastrophe modelling, actuarial pricing and consulting in the insurance/reinsurance sector. Prior to joining Leadenhall Capital Partners she was Senior Vice President at Instrat, the modelling and actuarial department of Guy Carpenter, specialising in Capital Markets, Retro, Property and Marine classes. Among other things she has managed projects in ILS, Retro and overseen the analysis and development for new Property & Casualty business opportunities. Prior to Guy Carpenter, Jillian worked at Fidelity Investment as Performance Measurement Analyst. |

Dan Knipe
Portfolio Management Actuary
Dan is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries, specialising in Life Insurance. He qualified at Tillinghast where he became a Consultant, advising various large international and UK life insurers on a wide range of topics including fund restructuring. He joined Swiss Re Capital Markets in 2007 where he worked pricing and structuring Cat Mortality, XXX, Longevity and Embedded Value transactions.

Lorenzo Volpi
Business Development Director
Lorenzo has over 12 years of capital markets and reinsurance broking
experience (both traditional and non-traditional) having worked at Aon
Re, Banca Popolare di Milano London Branch and Aon Benfield Securities
where he looked at the complete spectrum of alternative methodologies of
risk transfer, risk financing and the convergence of the reinsurance and
capital markets.
Lorenzo, a Director of Aon Benfield Securities for five years, led the
sourcing, structuring, marketing and distribution of various projects
and transactions on securitisation of insurance assets such as
catastrophe bonds, catastrophe swaps, sidecars and private placements.
He holds a Master's Degree in Finance from the University of London.
